Before contacting support

• Include the app name: QR Scanner - Barcode Reader.
• Include your Android version and device model.
• Describe the problem and the steps that reproduce it.
• Do not email passwords, payment-card numbers, private QR contents or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Permissions

The camera permission is needed for live scanning. Image access should occur only when you explicitly choose an image to scan. You can review or revoke permissions in Android Settings.

Local data

To remove locally stored app data, use the app's own delete/history controls where available, or Android Settings → Apps → QR Scanner - Barcode Reader → Storage → Clear data. Uninstalling the app also removes its local app storage.
